Mixing
After the gum base is prepared, it will be mixed with the sweeteners and flavorings and other ingredients using a range of machines Extruding: Once the mass is ready, it will be extruded through special machines. Our DZM Arm Mixer.
Laminating & Cutting
The gum extruded is rolled out into a large sheet and then passed through a special cutter which produces familiar chewing gum shapes & then separate them.
Coating
Coating ingredients and the gum shapes are fed into a coating pan for 4-6 hours to produce smooth sweet crunchy coating.
